I support the FL and don’t think she’s dumb. It’s easy to say you’d break up right away, but in reality, it’s hard to leave when you’re the one who got deceived and hurt.
If your boyfriend had feelings for another girl from the start but still dated you, your friends would tell you to break up and say he’d get his karma. “In this case, the FL is simply delivering that karma herself.”

She’s just young and inexperienced. And it’s always hard to break up with someone you have feelings for, especially when they keep you around by showing they care (yeah they actually don’t) when you least expect it.
