My theory is FL’s fake father is the one who told the ogfl about the forest (that’s why she was looking for something there in FL’s vision). He’s super sus & I bet he was the one who killed FL’s real father & masked it in an accident so he could take his wife & the duchy. That’s also why he hates FL since she isn’t even his real child & is technically the rightful heir instead of him.
