@Biscuits Really? I think the duke seems pretty easy to get along with. . . reminds me of my brothers and father actually. Especially one of my brothers. He was in gymnastics so he was very built from young and he was a tall gymnast at that. Because of his height and build, everyone was intimidated by him even older people, but he was a sensitive kid. He had a blunt mouth and personality too (everyone in my family does). The way we tease each other is kind of mean and harsh to other people (my friends were a bit concerned) but as they watched us they realize we are just very close and have our own way of communicating. The duke would probably fit in very well with my family. Hell he’s very considerate and kind so he’s totally my type.
I think she had a hard life and he is her only surviving rope so it’s not about being grateful or not

He didn’t want to marry the clingy aristocratic ladies so she’s helping him by being his fake wife
And it’s not like he’s the easiest person to get along with… Even though i like him but i definitely can’t tolerate being with him in the same house for that long
