I dont think its just about the greeting she’s talking about but she’s never felt warmth or anything from her family. Even when i come home my parents were working lol but when my mom’s at home we’d spend time together. While she just felt a cold shoulder where her parents legit tried to kill her (well with spoilers I realized why… cas she wasn’t actually their daughter. It kinda reminds me of “moon witch” manhwa. But in that FL still gained love from both households)
Hmm as someone who grew up in an Asian family.. actually it’s common I think, since I never been greeted T.T not even once.. I’m the one searched the whole house for my mom to tell her that I’m back and want some food
