Maybe because you have bad takes most of the time. She hated a whole bloodline that did nothing to her because who mothered it. Now it’s the bloodline of the man she loved, who sacrificed himself to protect them. If I was Isla, I’d feel like shit for spending centuries making Mars’ descendants endure an endless winter.
I think I’d be even more pissed off as Isla. That revelation would just make her hate Mars, and since Mars’ decedents are the rulers, she’d have no reason to let up on the snow.
