ofc many readers are gonna think that there’s no chemistry with her and Sir Joseph if every time he tries to have a moment with her, the author has to interrupt it by following it up with a more “exciting” scene with Erez. The cards are stacked in Erez’s favor. It’s like trying to show an Indie artist’s first song before following it up with a more established singer’s 15th song. You can hardly appreciate the smaller artist if your attention is immediately taken away.
