it depends on the perspective? For instance everyone is selfish. The grandpa was selfish cas of his greed for power, while the count is selfishly blinded by revenge for what happened to his sister and niece (do you honestly expect him to think of his enemies daughter’s reputation? Or granddaughter’s life? That’s hypocritical) cas regardless he and rowena were victims. Meanwhile i did misunderstand the grandpa probs loved his daughter but the way he says “controlled her” shows that aint true either. Yes kiera and her mom are victims but so are rowena her brother and the unborn child victims.
i don’t get it why y’all are siding with granpa. He’s a criminal who should be punish for tarnishing the previous duchess ‘ name by framing her as infertile and murdering her knowing she’s pregnant.
+ Count Weinberg’s method of avenging his sister is wrong too. I understand his feelings, but his method of vengeance is dumb + he’ll reveal Cosette’s identity too. wtf is this plot
I don’t understand why you all is on the side of the uncle of Cosette he was a good brother but he was destroying the reputation of the mom of Keira with lies about cheating and more if we had someone like a victim here is the mom of Keira for real!!! And I completely understand the grandfather.
Lol the comments about rooting for Cosette or hating on Keira, hating on the grandfather and father, I understand hating on the grandfather because he’s basically the catalyst for the plot. The father even without regaining his memories and thanks to Keira’s standing up, he is trying to be a good father and trying to take back the treatment he gave his children. Other father characters in some other Manhwas don’t do the same for the FL.
Keira on the other hand, revealing the truth about her grandfather killing Cossette’s mother will also reveal the fact that Cossette is a demon whom the former Grand Duchess made a contract with. But how can she do that when she does not have concrete evidence to approve all the truths?
You can say that she should reveal the truth because we are the readers, we know what’s going on but for the characters involved, knowing the truth just because Keira said it, is not logical, not even believable for them. So stop trying be ahead of the plot just because you know about it.
I don’t know why people are rooting for Cosette for this. One, we all know that’s not really her. And two, she just killed her uncle because he would drag her down with her. She wasn’t looking for justice for her mother but a way to tarnish Keira’s reputation. She doesn’t care about her mother or uncle.

Both Cosette and Keira did what any cold-hearted, logical person would do. This isn’t a race to see who’s the better person. They’re both practical.
To everyone talking about how Keira should have told the truth about what her grandfather did I ask why should she? Why should Keira help the guy that is bascally trying to ruin her life and tarnish her mother’s reputation? Yes the truth about what happened should come out but it should come out ALL OF IT. No just the part about what Kieras grandfather did to his sister but also that his sister made a conteact with a demon and that Cosette is said demon and Keira is the real daughter. So no Keira should not help him or the demon to advance their plans just for the sake of truth, they’re mixing the truth with lies so the truth should only be revealed when all of it can be proven, not just the parts that benefit Cosette and can ruin Keira’s life, lets stop with the selective outrage please.

To be completely honest I really feel bad for (real) Cossete’s uncle , the dude was just trying to give her poor sister the justice she deserves, I really hated Kiera’s father and grandfather.
