To answer to the previous person’s comment, it’s true that a lot of things happened to her husband before he became emperor but IT IS STILL NO REASON OF JUSTIFICATION TO ACT LIKE A DOUTCHBAG (Because all I am hearing from that is excuses, excuses). I understand that the female leads would think about her own happiness after COMMITTING SUI*IDE AFTER HER FATHER WAS KILLED BY HER OWN HUSBAND THAT SHE TRUSTED BECAUSE OF SOME RUMORS WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE CREDIBILITY OF THE CHARGES WHEN ASKED BY THE VICTIM AND HIS FAMILY (Fl and her father).
I would say it is plenty of reasons to only think about her own happiness now. 😊
Sorry but fl is a bit selfish. She thinks about her suffering not why it happened. Ethan was obviously affected by the death of his elder brother and his father. She also conveniently overlooks that it’s Ethan that gets poisoned by the younger brother. It’s just specified as the youngest brother tried to poison the older, but we’re also told the eldest dies during war not poisoned. So it’s obviously it’s Ethan that gets the attempted poisoning, then combined with having to punish the younger brother and taking on the role of king without proper preparation (because he wasn’t the original heir and not everyone is meant to be in that position). I understand the fl thoughts but didn’t she think of anyone else but herself? She only woke up because of her father but again it’s about her and still about herself. She needs to get over some major narcissism.
