I like this story, because it’s realistic and people need to know that especially younger ones.
That there’s evil and sadistic, ungrateful people like the prince. Evil disgusting cowards like his courtiers. Kind, intelligent and strong people like male lead and his mother.
And best of all, that there’s strength like the princess who was able to endure that evil, sickening treatment without letting it twist her fundamentally good nature. Tbh, strength like hers is rare and awe-inspiring.
Imagine, that dumb prince twisted himself just because he threw a spoon down during his studies and had a toxic mother that said mean words, whereas Miesa has endured torture and her nature remained unchanged.
It means the prince was sh*t through and through from the beginning. His sh*ttiness can be marked by the way he chose such selfish, stupid, and evil coping methods by destroying everyone else.
