The ML saw her getting married to someone else , saw her kissing someone else, saw her in a compromising position multiple times, and also assumes that she had sex enough to have a kid with that husband she claims to love… a hug like that honestly means nothing at all infront of all the pain betrayal he had to suffer from the hands of his lover.
