@Riyena I actually feel thats what the story is heading towards! I dont know about the dragon part but it definetly seems to be about Pierre learning to be a father motivated by his clumsy love for Calypso (It’s so wholesome seeing him discovering his own feelings and trying tho 🥺) and MAYBE Calypso learning to find a father in him and become a part of this world and let go of that past… IT IS MAKING ME CRY SO MUCH THO! EVERYTIME SHE TALKS ABOUT THAT PURE LOVE FROM HER ADOPTIVE FATHER! I’m feelin that pureness and its so hard to let go when that person healed your wounds. I HAVE HIGH HOPES FOR THIS STORY X”D!!
@Feyren, it might be an error or it might be not. As you wrote it might mean that she didn’t got any love from the time she has been an Orca not even once even after she repeated this life so many times. But I am sure of one thing she doesn’t want Pierre to act as a real father because the only person she recognise as her father is her adoptive father. She doesn’t want Pierre to create confusion and replace the memories she have of her loving and doting father. Is it just me who wants her to be a part of this world and become a real daughter of Pierre? Don’t get me wrong, I am not telling her to abandoned the world she originally is from. What if that Dragon Duke can help her to travel across dimensions when she wants. I know it’s not easy but what if it is possible with the help of a Dragon.

So it must mean that she hasn’t gotten any love when she has been orca, right?
And because she got the only love from the past live/modern with the adoptive father, she holds on to that little memory she has… Right?
