I’ll be honest. I don’t hate the dad as much as the Brother. Grief is a terrible thing to deal with, and it’s not like he purposely mistreated her or blamed her for his wife’s death. He wasn’t there as a father for her, and the og fl suffered so much for it, but in my opinion, it isn’t too late for him to start. He might never make up for the pain Rubertia suffered due to his negligence, but he can begin to make up for it by stopping it from happening to our Rube in this life.
From what it looks like, the elder brother is on the abuser’s side, so he has no excuses. If he’s managing the ducal affairs in his father’s place, he should know what’s going on in his own household, including being aware of the abuse that Rubertia has been going through.
Fr. The og never received justice, she died after years of abuse and neglect and now a random person manages to get attention of who she always wanted. It’s just not fairrrrr ,I swear if fl forgives any family member I’m gonna fuckin flip. They don’t deserve it. They never treated og fl right in her first life nor second

i feel really bad for the og here…its not like the time of “moon witch” or “fortune telling priness” typpa story..
