@IsekaiSupremacy well first of all talking before she entered the world Penelope was the antagonist while Yvonne was the ogfl so of course she was hated because she has the role of a villainess so the reason that everyone hated her is because of the game setting. Also it’s not the same person. The real Penelope wasn’t the best. She didn’t deserve the role of the villainess and such but she acted childish and also she was pretty weak unlike “our” Penelope she stood for herself but even if the game setting wasn’t interfering her brothers would’ve still disliked her. Like imagine your sister is gone and they replace her by a girl that doesn’t even have the same hair colour not the best right? But ( spoiler ) in the end she doesn’t even take one of her brothers route ( thank god ) especially her older brother cuz he was such a bitch ( about reynold I don’t remember cuz it’s been a while since I’ve read it )
I think there is a lot we still need to uncover. Like, how is everyone slowly turning to her side when they weren’t before? Because she came to the castle as a child, surely there is a reason they came to hate her no?
