I love this manhwa with all my heart, but I really hate the fact that Derrick is doing this to himself (and how he’s written) and although I want to finish the novel I really can’t due to the translation being the most infuriating thing to try and pinpoint.
It’s like solving an impossible calculus with so many algebra and fraction numbers in an equation.

Callisto is freezing bcs he’s poisoned, plus he was topless for the whole night. So his metabolism can’t fight the poison. Sorry Cal, acting as a strong prince is stupid. I think Penny won’t argue if you hug her for a whole night to share body heat. ?

When they’re back, obviously Cal will choose the right time to collapse. Those nobles who woke up from their unconciousness are the assassins. They worked together with other nobles to accuse Penny. So she was put in jail for a while until Vinter helped her in the trial. Cal will wake up several days later, can’t save the damsel in distress ?
