as a kpop fan i can tell you why this exists if anyone is confused, “propaganda”. people love comparing or elevating their idols, and with that some people bring the other one down…hate becomes a concept, its like giving back hate and thats how fanwars occur. i mean iv been there when exols and armys fight (it gets nasty) or akgaes fight. even if a idol is not problematic, theyd find an excuse to hate them. “not good at singing/dancing/rapping/visuals” is something they’d throw at each other. its something very normal tbh

I’m not a kpop Stan or anything but I never really get why a fan of one person from the team hates other teammates. And so call “fans” who always mock and insult idols 🤨 I mean idols are literally people and Istg these days if a female idol is feminine they’re pick me and if they have a tomboy personality they’re “real “like bro people have freaking different personalities 🙄 I really wonder why did they say those things then I got the answer they feel insecure and small and when they saw someone who’s brighter or better then them at some point they would ditched all of their hatred they had in their hearts to that one person and then it became a fun thing to do then got addicted and it became a job for them . A lot of people I’ve seen hating on idols/celebrities are either teenagers or 20+.(no offence to other teenagers or 20+ unlike them) And shipping people oh god I’ve always hated the term “you can ship who ever you want” no no you can’t. You just can’t. Idc if it is fictional or irl .
