I’m almost tempted to see how they try to work around him doing it to “make her dependent on him” while depriving her of food and water, but I have enough self preservation to call it here. Okay the art is so gorgeous. I thought it’s a story of a strong fallen empress and her handsome savior, untill I got the novel spoiler. Like that ML was literally helping her as if he could burn the world only to make her happy and safe. But what? He r@pes her!!????
Yandere MLs are literally my type, but when they can hurt anyone except their women. Like idk, what’s wrong with this Korean authors. Can’t they understand the real meaning of enemies to lovers trope? Nope, they can’t. They are like: yes let’s make the ML a trash beyond repair, let him do everything to the FL (mentally, physically, verbally abused…. And what not). Then i shall give him a redemption arc if want to, then let’s give them a happily ever after ending. Why not!? After all FL loves him. So it doesn’t matter.

DONT READ THIS MANHWA it’s so disgusting, ml is beyond trash. I actually wished chapter 7 was the end where she k*lls herself by jumping off the cliff cuz the according to the novel spoilers she dies every day. I don’t understand how the author is not getting called out for writing such nonsense, abuse after abuse. No sane person in their right mind can write something so horrible. Well the artist has done a pretty good job which is a shame , they should’ve picked a better manhwa cuz this one here is just a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Yes, the beginning is a bit disappointing, but there are still moments when the reactions are “surprising” (varying slightly from the “norm”). That’s what gives me hope that the rest of the story will be more original. We’ll see. ^_^

Alright back, I’ve read the 6 chap.
So first thing, the art is fabulous ✨✨✨, one of the best art I’ve seen.
The plot is the typical trash emperor who pretend to be in love with fl to use her and then bring a concubine (a trashta).
I thought that fl would be a transgressor, would fight back but non, is totaly different (i won’t spoil tho)
