Ahh, I’m betting the Emperor has been a garbage husband whose been letting his sister run rampant because he is guilty about something to do with his first wife’s death.
What I like about this manhwa so far, is that everyone has a side of the story. Although it’s messed up that the empress is being bullied because of something that happened before she married the Emperor. You get mixed feelings from each of the characters, especially the crown prince for me. Sometimes I don’t like him, but other times I do. It’s complicated but I look forward to the rest of this story.
