i think everyone is being too harsh. its all for the plot, so the misunderstandings will eventually resolved. even if it generates conflict, its a great setup for a climax. i cant remember exactly what all happens in later chapters but im excited to see the same story with fresh eyes

Her father ignored her for the sake of Max, as he wanted Max to be strong and have no weaknesses. When Max started to annoy father, father decided to stop and put his attention back to Jubell.

Ugh, things are gonna get worst, not only for prince but mostly for her, and especially for her father…. Girl sad she found out boy is prince she get’s even hurt cause father knew all along, and father gets mad cause he hurt his baby girl… and obviously your meant to let your child go once they are fully grown. But some parents apparently just wants to kick their kids ass’s out to find job and a partner to get them grandkids
