I remember they mention at some point that she never finished reading the novel. She loved Jubelian’s character, so once she saw she died so tragically, she stopped reading and didn’t figure out how the book ended. The ending probably would have told her about Regis and Max and what her father did after she died. So now she’s living in this book with no idea of anything after she died.
I’m confused… In the beginning of this manhwa they made it seem like she had read a novel in a previous life and then reincarnated into that novel, and by “made it seem like” I mean explicitly said that… Are we now supposed to believe that she turned back time and has always been the Dukes daughter? Was it Retconned? I’m fine with that but there has been no mention of it so…. it’s quite confusing.
So after she killed herself, Regis slashed open his stomach and hung himself upside down? I’m legitimately crying ? my poor Regis.
If I actually had a dad I’d wish for him to care about me that much but I’ve never had a dad ? this story kills me in my daddy issues.
