The fact that he recalls this past life has to mean he turned back time. I’m also hoping that the reincarnation aspect comes to be explained as part of the story. It seems strange to me that someone who supposedly read the story doesn’t know that the crown prince is Regis’s disciple. Granted the story was taken from Mikail’s point of view since he was the ML in the story she read. I haven’t read the novel so this is my speculation.
