she does not want a friend, she wants someone who follows and is nice to her unconditionally, she does not go out of her way to make a friend, or as we see with her first friends, maintain the friendship, only concerned when the person is telling her directly that something is wrong, she is indeed selfish and self-centered, she is like a kid not asking herself what the others are feeling or if what she is doing is hurting or helping someone( for her it must be like “I am going out of my way to think about her, so I did right”), she just thinks about herself and as I see the reason why she is concerned about Dana is that she wants dana to be by her side, as she finally has a friend, not because she is concerned for Dana as a person who has feelings, in other words in her heat she is the protagonist in a story that no one matters besides her and what she is feeling, after all this time she still didn’t understurd why her friendships didn’t last or thought about her friend’s feelings, the only thing she is struggling is if she was in the wrong or not
I hate these types of protagonists and persons “I am so good and cute, I don’t understand why I don’t have everyone love, I didn’t do anything wrong, just a bad person would hate me for no reason”
For an OG FL Stella is actually not that bad remember in the previous chapter she felt something was taken from her and it has something to do with arcane but instead of being hung up on it and becoming a jealous bitch she said she would leave it and go take other opportunities cause she already lost it and therefore it’s pointless thinking about it. I really like that about her maybe she’ll end up with Edgar this time.
