   Okay, so to the people who ask why we dislike her, it’s because of her actions, alright? No matter how you twist the word, she was a MISTRESS, a CONCUBINE. She knew what she was doing. She was an extra in someone’s marriage.
   .
   You could excuse that it’s their culture, that she’s poor, she did what she had to survive, she had a sad childhood, and WE GET IT. That doesn’t erase what she did, what she is.
   .
   Imagine you’re a wife and your husband takes a side piece. Infuriating, right? Oh, yes, she’s trying to change, which is why she was sent to the past, but that makes her pretty damn UNLIKEABLE as a female lead right at the very start. What’s so special about her that she gets sent to the past when her end was due to her fault in the first place??

   Also, compared to the hardships some of the FLs in other manwhas went through, hers is pretty lame. It’s hard to feel sympathetic.

   I don’t really understand why people hate this manhwa. It’s literally so inspiring in my opinion. Honestly speaking, yes the female lead did have a mindset where she wants to be the Emperor’s concubine and she greedy and ignorant for that. But, when she met Minister Oscar, her mindset completely changed. He inspired her to neglect the mindset she had–which is to become the Emperor’s concubine–and start to improve and grow herself. We are humans and the characters in the story are also humans. Humans make mistakes and we all once had a mindset that didn’t really contribute anything good or improve our lives. But as time passed by, we realized that, that specific mindset that we had was wrong. So, we changed and so did our mindset and attitude. The same applies to the female lead. She was greedy and selfish before but her attitude and mindset changed as the story continued. My point is that we really shouldn’t hate this manhwa nor should we hate the female lead.

    @Sherlene, first of all I found it quite funny that you would defend Urania when she tried to steal someone else’s husband.

    Second, the reason why some of us hates her is because she really is 2nd ver. of Trasta.

    Yes she is a maid, a maid who once had a sad childhood that she wants to live a luxurious life. The only problem is her ways.

    One thing I will say is she is a Gold Digger (yes I will go so far as to call her one). While it is true that most people want to live in luxury life, but it doesn’t mean that they need to find a married guy and seduce him to gain that guy’s favor and make him leave is wife. No. Because in life there are THREE ways to earn a luxury life:

    – You earn it through hard work
    – You find a rich guy who is not in a relationship and get to know them, or
    – You break someone marriage.

    And she choose the third option, which is so stupid, I mean she already died in her first life being together with the King and now she want to do it again. *Haizz*

    Yes I will agree with your comment that the King is also guilty, but not with the Queen part being a mess jealousy. I’m not sure if in your private life you have a GF or BF or that your married, but how would you feel if you saw your GF/BF/Spouse together with someone else?and that someone else knows you and explain to you that the reason they want your partner is because she had to, to survive. How would you feel then? You said that in her first life she did it cause she had no choice? Girl everyone has a choice.

    You also said that she is capable of thinking what is right and wrong and that she is not greedy. Well your wrong. If she was so capable of thinking what is right and wrong why in the fucking world would she seduce someone else’s husband? Well don’t say that she has no choice whatnot cause like I said everyone has a choice and she choose to seduce someone else’s husband to get what she fucking wants.

    ok so I dont like this manhwa, as you can see from other comments ppl compare her to trashta , I AGREE SHE ISNT AS BAD BUT SHE DEFINATELY IS IN THE CATOGARY. For people saying ‘u’d wanna have a luxury life too’, sister. I aint gonna seduce men to have a luxury life I’d rather work on my own. THIS IS A MANHWA. so do not compare it to ‘old times’ cuz it aint right to have romance with 2 people, there r male leads with concubine in manhwa but they dont just have romance w anyone else other than fl. y’all r too fantasying like SISTER;. THIS AINT EVEN REAL, IT’S WRONG FOR HER TO SEDUCE MEN TO HAVE LUXURY THAT IS TRASH. she can work like other strong fl. oh well this is for people who like ‘dumb ppl that relies on men’ dropping this y’all.

    @Sherlene i can see what u mean by that. But how would u feel if ur husband is sleeping with another woman and fooling around with her. And even the woman knows that u two r married? Would u try to justify her actions then saying all this ? And i wouldn’t say that the empress is “mess of jealousy” That’s more like a betrayal from her pov.
