   It’s a fresh story, albeit using isekai as its basis. Art alright, story quite engaging. Surely not for everyone, but I can manage.

   Oh, call me crazy, but I don’t find that Rahich or whoever his name loathsome. He’s not green flag, definitely, but not utterly despicable. And I like tanned man. Hahaha.

   It lightens up significantly after that point, becoming much more evenly balanced, power-wise, and seems to be leaning reverse harem.

   This one is going to be polarizing.
   The world set up is that the children of isekaied people (called “divine beings”) become super powered “Divine knights”. The catch is that they must marry a “divine being” themselves in order to unlock the true heights of their powers….and prevent from going insane, because whenever they use their power without drawing from a divine being, they lose some more sanity as the cost. As a result, these divine knights go to great lengths to get their hands on divine beings and sometimes force the issue. The girls have their souls snatched from our world and shoved into the bodies of sacrificed maidens, and then kept in ignorance, under control and drugged, to make the transition into forced brides easier. This is where most of the “ick” is going to come from. There is an entire system in place for procuring and “taming” these girls. Made worse is that our ML, the crown prince, is determined not to be influenced by his divine maiden partner, and so treats her like a pet. You WILL want to claw his eyes out. The saving graces here are the relationship between the transmigrated girl and the original owner of the body, and the fact that divine knights are really and truly reliant on their divine beings. I absolutely love the relationship between the two women in one body. The original owner is a definite badass boss b**** who doesn’t put up with trash. The stolen soul is from an emotionally abused girl who was always last priority. They mesh really well and it will be interesting to watch how their relationship unfolds and learn how they came together, since a soul generally inhabits the body that’s the best fit and they seem to be opposites. While icky from the start, it does seem that the men involved will not be allowed their delusion of grandeur, and will be forced into treating the FL better or else be made to suffer. But we’ll see. For those who prefer dark and twisty stories, fluff fans should stay far, far away
