The more I read each chapter the more disappointed I get, first of all I really appreciate the artist for the update but I just can’t for the life of me understand why the need to remove the important part of the novel?! I was very hopeful when the gardener was added to defend Ruby and the thing with Martha and Freya but then they suddenly decided to make Ceasar lease of a villain and the part where its seems like his action was because he cares about Ruby like WTF?! dont get me started with the mirror scene like where’s the DIALOGUE? the goddess part, her confession and this chapter is the nail in the coffin, they totally ruin the novel for me .I know I its hard to put emotions into a drawing but maybe it would be nice if they include all the important part even her cute ran away friends where not present 😭😭😭
I was hoping the dialogue wasn’t going to change I was looking forward to Ruby telling Izek he’s not suppose to die and that she can’t live without him and that he’s the reason why she wants to continue living. Either way it was still a good chapter.
Don’t know what you Think . But if you read the chapters ahead you might realise Ruby may have some sort of ability to calm monsters down. It isn’t shown directly but read again for the indirect signs where the creatures helped her. And Izek didn’t kill the dragon. As promised to Ruby. The dragon protected her in earlier chapters . Not harming her. Izek just knocked it out so i wouldn’t call it Soloing it. And It doesn’t need to be a power . It could just be Ruby’s ability. We should consider the fact that we don’t entirely know who Ruby is meaning her background. We only know she was mistreated by her adoptive family and brother. We don’t know her exact blood origins. So it might be harsh to judge her based on not knowing who she really is.
