Ellen knows that she has anorexia (because the doctor saw that she is too thin) and Izek has a hunch (that’s why he wants to eat with her). Ruby tells Ellen that it is the only control she has over her body and over when and where she can die. Ellen is on her side because her mother also had the same problem as Ruby, but still suffered from grief and depression. But the mother showed the same signs on her hand. Yeah I am confused. Is Ellen blaming Ruby about if she “poisoned” Freya. OR is Ellen upset about thinking Ruby wants to hurt herself (with ruby throwing up constantly).
