   @LennyTheHopeless I had the same thought for a while. He clearly doesn’t seem human based on certain dialogue, so I had a few guesses as to what he’d be and the role he’d have in relation to the plot. I had guessed either a deity, a mage, or a mythical creature. (I was honestly leaning towards dragon due to my personal preference towards them at first, but this chapter made it seem more likely) I also have a few alternative theories about him being the person who keeps being mentioned in the diary or being related to the church/cult somehow, but the dragon theory seems the most plausible somehow. I’m just happy as long as he doesn’t end up as a love rival. Those can get very annoying in stories like these.

   Actually wait maybe the yellow eyes guy is that yellow dragon, he seems to be bored all the time and wants to watch her for constant entertainment.
