There he informed Leo that Ragina’s fangs was tainted with revenge and hatred and he won’t be able to bless the soon to be born child with beast fangs if he doesn’t regains it in proper form. Ragina’s fangs finally killed the guy. For some time Leo was able to meet and communicate with Ragina’s soul where she accepted that she is not Ragina’s biological daughter and have came from different world. But Ragina’s accepted her as her child where Leo finally let go of her thoughts as an extra and that she doesn’t belong here.
One more extra details, when it comes to torture and taking actions, people feared Leo more that Pheleo and they also believed that she was more ruthless and heartless than Pheleo.
