I feel bad for Leo and Pheleo. It wouldn’t be surprising if he drags Remus and starts to torture him. This truth is a huge blow for Leo and looking at her in that condition Pheleo would be devastated too. Obviously he would be frustrated for Regina as well. He didn’t loved her or had the affection he have for Leo but she was still his cousin sister.

I have some conjecture. What if she ran away with him because she knew his identity. His real nature is known to everyone so there is no way in hell her family would have approved such a guy like him specially when her bloodline was related to a very powerful family like Boreoti (in terms of history, power, position and their insane ability like beast fangs, they are above him in every aspect). I don’t want to say this but how Regina is portrayed so far she was a complete fool who believed “love knows no bounds and love can change anything”, since it was Regina there was higher chances that she ran away on her own accord. Obviously I refuse to believe that she was completely dumb. She would have realized at some point of time that the guy she loved was a lost cause, I think she didn’t returned to him because she knew that she was pregnant, given his character he will not accept the child and in worst case scenario could kill the child. She obviously cannot return to her family after what she did, she would have had the same thought like Leo “Boreoti has been tainted because of her” so she chose to stay in that place but was rather betrayed and killed. She could use her beast fangs for protection but if she was attacked after giving birth then that power would have weaken a lot since it also consumes energy.
It makes me think did Leo’s mother really ran away because she was “in love” with that trash guy or was she SA and kidnapped by him? Since she died soon after giving birth in the outskirts.
