Anyone who’s looking for technological advancement, i recommend “Release that Witch”. I normally avoid chinese slop, but its one of the rare manhuas that’s actually worth a read. At least that one shows the process of technological advancement. There’s another chinese manhua, i forget the name, but im sure you can find it if you google ‘City Lord’. Its also a technological advancement, but my only problem with it, was the artwork got REALLY lazy and i couldnt take it anymore. There’s a few anime too. Dr Stone being a prime example. There’s a lesser known one called ‘High School prodigies have it easy in another world’.

I wouldn’t recommend this if you came here for technological advancement. I only got up to chapter 10 before i couldnt take it anymore. The story focuses more and more on arrogant and greedy characters trying to hinder the MC, but fail immediately. Almost every scene, there’s another arrogant character who thinks they’re better then MC, underestimate him, and lose to him almost immediately. There’s little to no progression in technology, and when there is, its done off screen. One moment he gains a blueprint for batteries, the next moment he has a use for batteries, and the next moment, they’re all fully created, and ready to be used. No process whatsoever on these batteries. Even worse, the batteries are perfectly modern day batteries. The big ones. There’s no explanation on how he managed to create them in a medieval world. I would have been fine with it if he shown the process of making it, and even having a prototype.
