To the previous comments, it isn’t cruel that she doesn’t feel anything about the child. She had no bonding time with it as she wasn’t the one pregnant with the child. She just woke up to giving birth with is a traumatic experience on its own, being that it extreme pain for a woman to experience. Some people don’t immediately bond with a baby so it is realistic she doesn’t feel anything for it at the moment
She will develop those emotions as she spends more time with it so it isn’t cruel of her to not immediately love the baby at first sight

I read the novel before i forgot some of it cuz it’s been so long. Yes it’s a transmigration not reincarnation. The fl is not the baby but the mom. For so i know the og mom died at birth so fl just happen to wake up as her during the birth. (This can happen irl when the mother died at birth but still manages to give birth to the baby.)
