Seconding Himebell. Even if there’s a reason where this leads to the best case scenario, neglect is abuse and their actions lead to Natalie acting like this and her treatment by the public. She was clearly ready to kill herself. Assuming they need her alive, what then? She wouldn’t even be properly mourned bc they facilitated an environment where nobody loved her, including Natalie herself.
