All plans in their rebellion was made by Irene, even Felix had some ideas but Chloe never shown any wit to be an empress. Also her character is awful. She’s possessive, doesn’t know the boundaries and acts like a spoiled child. Even Benjamin would be better since he at least was smart. I mean if You want her to do it at least show something that she’s a right one for a job.
