I don’t think the OR Aylee would cry her heart out. Just the way her persona is written she doesn’t give the feeling of that happening. I do believe that Aylee would’ve felt a lot better when hearing that. And would’ve possibly been angry that, that’s the reason why her brother started to be cold towards her.
I also feel the same way that you do, and I do believe so does out FL Lee Sangyeo that he should’ve said something a lot earlier so that she could’ve heard it before passing on.
On another note, I hope we don’t have to wait too long to read another chapter, this one felt so short.
That is really sad that the real Aylee didn’t hear that. It means almost nothing to the fl.
There could have been a real heartfelt scene where the real Aylee hears this, takes over, cries her heart out about how hard life was. How alone she felt, how she felt her brother abandoned her only to show affection to someone so easily. How that was why she took it out on her sister in law.
After that apology from him, the dream could happen, and she passes on just like we saw.
Instead of just giving up, the real Aylee would have some closure, known that she was indeed loved.
