To be fair, it’s not the emperor’s fault he was a bad father, he was too sick to care for the throne and the family, the corrupted nobles took advantage of it and before he knew it the damage was done, I think it’s good he’s asking for Diel to look after the sisters, yes he’s suffered the most but neglecting them would just continue the cycle of abuse 🤷♀️ Why should the children and the sickly be blamed for the actions of the people who strung the tragedies in the first place??
As much as i know the two girls aint at fault and are also victims kn this whole situation it’s sickening to see the emperor only care about them… “I neglected my son and his dead mother, oh i feel guilty. But yh i have to make him take care of the empress consort’s children … that very woman who pushed him into isolation and his mother to death” GREAT. The emperor is trash beyond trash. FL sure did help them for the better but honestly diel was the one that suffered the most. And is now expected to be the care taker of those two as well🤷🏽♀️
