So yeah, the ml is the crown prince. He already know bout FL since they’re student, but at that time he has black hair(the royalty have special case of magic), and due to that, Aster(the ml) is immune to that white lotus magic. Also the reason why our FL start to build a wall with any man because of Aster’s illegitimate half brother who is the duke that married the white lotus, people with royal blood has magic that make them immune with any kind of other magic. He loves Karina, but he put his ambition first which is he wants to be the next emperor that’s why he married that white lotus. That bitch of man think he can married Karina once he become emperor, I pardon you the fuck not. The other shitty exes might fall for that white lotus due to magic, but that jerk ain’t get no reason falling for that white lotus because his damn bloodline had this main character buff bout being immune to other magic.

Karina and her parents is those rare healthy loving family, at least that’s the reasoning why she didn’t give up on love. But it doesn’t turn her into a doormat, she’s just someone who refused to show her feeling on her sleeve on what she had to go through from all those betrayals. Being dump is hurtful, but it’s way more hurtful it was someone you trusted that they’re your friends that you considered to be really close, which Tatiana and her first fiance Daniel. But yeah, the only man that genuine with her is Aster…..and his half brother lmao.
