Hmm… Is it possible that there are 3 daughters? Maybe the maid that is orphan is variety that might be involved? That is why there are 3 names, Selene, Ynette and Sienna?

My theory is that after Selena was kidnapped she was taken to where fake one (forgot her name) lived with her mother. Then they did something to her, probably abusing her and marking her lose part of her memory or just be confused. After that they called her Ynette to either brainwash her into forgetting her real name Is Selena or something similar. I believe plan was to have fake Selena replace our MC. But then ML who was a slave then meet Selena and since they called her Ynette he belived that’s her name. He then helped her escape and that’s how he got that scar on his face they mentioned. Of course he since then he is either in love with her or she is his first/only friend. They probably got separated and MC’ family found her. MC then due to trauma forgot first 10 years of her life. Time skip and something happened and kidnapers side to convince them they can still pull it off so now fake Selena shows up. They probably had someone inside for the job, and when they got confirmation that Selena really doesn’t remember anything yet they took the chance.
And this comatose uncle is suspicious because we know nothing about him except that as long as Selena remembers he is in coma.
Also another theory, they used black magic to erase Selena’s birthmark and fake that vase test they did.
