I can’t think of a single person who wouldn’t be PISSED to hear about a grown ass world leader demanding 5 years of a terminal child’s life because the little kid’s pet acted out while the kid wasn’t even there. Like, that would be very powerful incentive to raise an entire army, because if anything else, it shows she’s a bad leader and bad person.
