She will found them later, but because Elena rather in weak side so Sirius would always protect her, and that way one of the Courtney’s man shoot Sirius with a bow. Sirius use all his energy to run away and protect Elena, someone happened bla bla bla. They found a spot where Elena found the golden wood something thingy, so she hide it.
Courtney found them again. Elena using her power, she kinda manipulated Courtney’s man, so they’re fought with each other. And the man who shoot Courtney attacked that bitch, so they fall on the cliff. Sirius woke up and realized what happen(???), so he slays all those remaining mobs. While there’s Elena kinda pretend to be scared, because she already used to Sirius that driven to kill anything already by now. Sirius kinda know bout Elena is pretending (can’t confirm), but also scared if Elena will be scared of scare of him because he’s covered by blood. So to his surprise, when Elena open her eyes she seems happy that Sirius is save. Since Elena already find the golden thingy, means the exam will be over, more like they’re in their last days of the exam already that time.

Joseph departed from them because it would caused someone if he was seen with Sirius and Elena.
Since Sirius also won, he can have a wish where the duke have to fulfil it. Which is he wants Elena wishes to get away from the Rhode’s. So she was send to the academy.
But at the same time, Sirius will be send to the warzone together with Joseph because Joseph is now the only sole heir of the dukedom since Courtney is gone to hell already,and Elena wanna drop the Rhode’s already.
Before the departing, Elena literally crying and sobbing so hard because she doesn’t want to be away from Sirius. He was like, “please never forget bout me”, and she was like, “don’t asked me something obvious already”, my dude she literally crying on your embrace rn,

During the 7yrs, Elena never stop sending him letters, but never received a reply back.
Joseph would sometimes visit Elena sometimes at the academy, and tell Elena what happened with Sirius. So, that’s why Elena is still fine, while Sirius kinda mad bout it lmao. By that time Sirius and Joseph is like a close friends already, tho for Sirius it was because Joseph resembles Elena, that’s why he can’t hurt him.

Elena when she heard bout that rumor, was kinda pleased with it lmao, she didn’t care. Because the fiancé in saying was Sirius after all. So she didn’t try to shut down the rumor. She even use that rumor to rejected dudes too.
And there’s second male lead(thankfully he’s not a jerk, and even praised Elena fiancé is a great guy for serving in the military). He didn’t stand a chance lmao. Elena only have her sight on Sirius and then wolf boy only.
