I love this story the way it is, if they rushed the divorce too fast, it wouldn’t look good, besides the name of this manga is “I’m divorcing the male lead’s siscon brother” the main parts are the divorce, and her new love with our male lead, so ruching it would shorten the chapters and just make this manga kinda bad
