I feel like it’s natural to feel some form of sympathy/empathy for Diana. Because even tho she was terrible she was that way because of her past and the manipulation of the people around her. Don’t excuse it but at least she was able to see it in the end and change her mindset.
This is why I never hate the supporting females too much without knowing their backstory. She was taken advantage of and just wanted to survive. She did good in the end, killing the horrible emperor but sadly herself as well.
