I don’t know why people keep saying he’s bad even when it’s still unclear what happened that night. For me he’s more realistic and really caring and the best haeru could deserve cause she kept doubting him for 10yrs whether he loves her or not and hidden problems without any communication. Like okay it’s not easy to openup to someone but 10yrs are way more to make excuses like that. They’re both equally at fault here but only ML is getting the hate.
He was taken advantage of during a time of vulnerability (being drunk), it’s just SA, obviously it doesn’t excuse him, afterall he did handle it like an idiot. Still though, people deserve second chances and it wasn’t entirely his fault. But yeah, I agree, she shouldn’t let him off that easily.
