Honestly… At chapter 37 I have become so bored that I just skimmed it. The art is too wooden dolls type to carry or elevate the story more… Maybe someone else can keep being interested, but I have to give up.

Read the first few chapters. I’m not gonna write “good start” or “very promising”.
I’ll tell about it as is :
It’s the same and also different from the rest. Same, as it follows the “I’m not the real one, but have to behave as such, because of something”, but also different as the 10 year old little girl is being blackmailed with her mothers freedom by the lord she (her mom) serves. Also, the MC and ML are seemingly smarter than a 10 year old should be, which is okay from my point of view.
I’d say, it’s an acquired taste, but not a bad one, so if you like the “I’m not the real one” genre, this might fit your needs.
