Paper is high in fiber. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recommends 14 grams (g) of fiber for every 1,000 calories you consume daily. A regular A4 paper weighs around 5 – 6.25 grams, but it’s not all fiber, so don’t eat more than 2 or 3. Also if you use a pasta maker, cut it in thin slices and cover it with bologna sauce or just with ketchup. It tastes better… or at least that’s how it looked like in the prison food fight scene from Naked Gun 33 1/3.
Jokes aside, yeah… it’s those pills and no, I will not be surprised! I’ll be elated. 🙂
