Actally being obese is truly not healthy, idk if she was but the doctor is right that if you have unstable weight and its effecting your lower part of body and internal body then losing and eating healthy would be a benefit also it goes to people who are soo skinny like myself who is under weight but I wanne be healthy as i have iron deficiency and its effects a lot so I am trying to eat healthy.
