Yeah, those people and ML have a right to be suspicious but why tf are you inviting her to work for you and still act like a total idiot.
I actually think it’s a huge out of character mistake from author, because ML cares about his siblings and afraid that they’re going to be hurt but he still used them as a bait to catch Hazel doing evil deeds. I think it’s illogical.
I have a feeling that those legs bring some other misunderstanding, but maybe I’m wrong because paranoid ML is leaving so soon… No time for it to happen.
