I am loving her shooting that guy down. He kind of deserves it for being a crappy boss for years (it is his job as a leader to foster and lead growth in his employees. His utter lack of guidance and feedback while she worked for him is him being a very bad leader) and for not understanding the emotional situation (him judging her for not having the bandwidth for personal research while working absurd amounts of overtime and dealing with caretaker burnout). Plus I just don’t like mentor/mentee romances.
