At first i took the comparison deep with me where I tried sm but it wasnt good for my parents even though it was low but I really tried but it wasnt enough for them then slowly i shruged these comparison and trying to find happiness btw I AM SOUTH ASIAN. So yeh
I know this feeling, NGL it’s so painful to be compared by someone who is better than you. But as a person who has been compared by many others for a long long time and still. I no longer care and just treat all of their harsh words of comparing as “pasok dito labas dun” by my ears, in English it means “in and out” through my ears as if all they’re harsh words are just nothing for me. It’s an idiom in the Phil.
