This might be the first time I have seen an Empress gain her status completely undeserved. Be it good or bad actions, but she has literally not contributed at all to the Good Ending after bringing the Kid over. Better for the story to end than to drag on. It was not the worst story, but there is a lot of wasted potential. Quite a pity.
