For those who are wondering why this is so short its because it was just a manga YongSeok Jo made in the time he had a break between Windbreaker part 3 and part 4. So even though he put a decent effort into this manga he didn’t really take it seriously. Maybe when Windbreaker ends we’ll get a continuation of this manga.
