Due to my name, which sounds in German as a female one, I have received so many mails starting with “Dear Ms. XYZ”… one even today. I feel inclined not to reply or with something like “yeah, MR. XYZ will do so”. So, yeah… I have a personal vendetta against this scanlation team now for calling a guy as a “lady-in-waiting”.
Are… genders hard in this story? The duke was called “lady in waiting”, the FL is often called “He”, the younger sister was called a brother. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such a bad case. it confuses readers.
